I like the title of your posting. At first I thought it referred to the actual Christmas morning wake up call of your children but then I realized you were referring to the irony of your first picture in which your son is playing with the dollhouse and your daughter with the trucks...I love breaking down stereotypes!

Actually, the first interpretation was correct. I didn't notice the irony of the kids' choices in toys until others pointed it out!
