Oh my goodness! So cute!! Would you believe people in San Francisco wear those kind of hats, just around. Like to the grocery store? Every now and then, you'll be going along, and then there's a guy on the subway with a fuzzy-eared hat on. And possibly bondage pants. Or a girl on a tiger-stripe scooter with a tiger-striped helmet that also has ears - and a tail. Ah, San Francisco...But Tillie is clearly the master of the headdress.
