defying odds - The vet gave up on him almost exactly two years ago!
Rest in peace, my sweet kitty Cosmo!

I'm sorry, Molly. I remember when I stayed with you in '98 and C was playfully attacking my poor toes, which I was stupidly trying to hide under a sheet. He was an adventurous kitty.
